A Passion Born from Africa's Soul
Our founder, Leonie Cox, first fell in love with Africa on a life-changing journey that revealed the soul-stirring beauty of its wide-open plains, its fascinating cultures, and its remarkable wildlife. That passion quickly grew into a mission — to share Africa's wonders with discerning travellers and to support meaningful community impact that goes beyond tourism.
Leonie's heart for community has guided much of who we are. She actively supports initiatives that uplift Tanzanian children through education and opportunity, inspired by the transformative work of organisations like the Katoke Trust. The Trust's work in building the Katoke Lweru Secondary School and expanding access to education in rural Tanzania is one example of how travel experiences can connect with community investment and long-term impact.
